Join us Saturday, Sept 16th from 11 am – 1 pm at the Coon Rapids Dam (East side) for the 2023 Legacy Fun Ride!
About this event
Last year, Bikes4Kids refurbished and redistributed over 1300 bikes! The Legacy Ride is a fantastic family-centric event along the paved Rush Creek Regional Bike Trail. After the ride, return to the pavilion for a free BBQ lunch and prizes. This event is free, but please click the button register.

11:00 AM FUN RIDE
Join us on for an 8 mile fun ride across the Coon Rapids dam and along the scenic Rush Creek Regional Bike Trail. This ride will be guided, but riders are welcome to ride the length that best suits them. The ride starts at the east side of the Coon Rapids Dam at Pavilions 1 and 2.
11:30 AM BBQ LUNCH
Join us at Pavilions 1 and 2 on the east side of the Coon Rapids Dam for a BBQ lunch and door prizes. All attendees will be eligible to win door prizes (no purchase necessary).
12:00 PM RAFFLE DRAWING
Buy a ticket to win a Giant LeFree e-bike (valued at $2500), two refurbished bikes, or a $100 gift card to Trailhead Cycling!

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
The event will be held rain or shine! In the event of rain, join us for lunch and prizes in the covered pavilion.
IS THERE A RAFFLE THIS YEAR?
YES! We are raffling off an Electric Bicycle, the Giant LaFree donated by Trailhead Cycling, valued at $2500! In addition to the electric bicycle, we will raffle off two refurbished Bikes4Kids bikes (size and color of your choice), and a Trailhead Gift Card for $100. Raffle tickets will be available at the Legacy Ride, but you can also email us at info@bikes4kidsmn.org to purchase tickets.
ARE THERE OTHER PRIZES?
In addition to the many wonderful sponsors that donate great raffle prizes, there are many other door prizes available that don’t require a ticket purchase! Come to see what we have!
